By using BuyTickets.com you agree to these terms. The site is operated by 4TIX CO LLC. Listings are third-party resale tickets. We are not the official box office.
Marketplace
Prices may be above or below face value. The all-in total, including required fees (excluding government taxes and optional physical delivery), is shown before you complete the purchase and is not increased after it is first displayed. We do not claim “no fees.”
Orders and delivery
A completed order is a contract for valid tickets that get you into the listed event. Delivery method depends on the listing (mobile transfer, account, or another method). Tickets are guaranteed to arrive before the event under our guarantee.
Refunds
If the event is canceled, if tickets are counterfeit or do not grant admission (other than because of something you did), or if they do not reasonably match the listing, you receive a full refund of the ticket price you paid, consistent with Colorado C.R.S. § 6-1-718 and comparable rules in other states. Postponed events are typically held for the new date — call 855-855-6777 if you cannot attend.
Accounts and acceptable use
Do not scrape, overload, or misuse the site. Do not list stolen or counterfeit tickets. We may cancel listings or orders that violate the law or these terms.
Intellectual property
Artist, team, league, and venue names identify events only. They remain the property of their owners. BuyTickets.com and related marks belong to 4TIX CO LLC.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, 4TIX CO LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Colorado, New York, California, or federal consumer law that cannot be waived.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without limiting non-waivable consumer protections of your state of residence.
