BuyTickets.com is an independent resale marketplace, not the official box office. Every completed order includes buyer protection. We do not claim “no fees.” The total you pay is shown at checkout before you complete the purchase.

What the 100% ticket guarantee covers

These promises match Colorado HB24-1378 (C.R.S. § 6-1-718) and how we handle orders in other states:

• Canceled events. If the event is canceled, you get a full refund of the ticket price you paid.
• Tickets that do not work. If the tickets are counterfeit, do not grant admission (other than because of something you did), or do not reasonably match the listing, you get a full refund of the ticket price you paid.
• On time. Tickets are guaranteed to arrive before the event.
• Seats together. Tickets in one order are next to each other unless the listing says otherwise.

Postponed or rescheduled events

If an event is postponed, tickets are typically held for the new date. If you cannot attend, call 855-855-6777 and we will review the order.

Price display

Checkout shows the total you will pay, including required fees, excluding applicable taxes. That total is not increased after it is first displayed. Prices on resale listings may be above or below original face value.

What this site is not

BuyTickets.com is not Ticketmaster, Live Nation, AXS, AEG, Flash Seats, or the venue box office. We are not affiliated with the City of Denver Arts & Venues or Red Rocks Amphitheatre. This domain has been used since 1999 and predates Colorado HB24-1378.

New York and other states

New York Arts and Cultural Affairs Law Article 25 requires the total cost, including required fees, to be shown before a ticket is selected, and a full refund of the amount paid if the event is canceled, the ticket does not get you in, or the listing is wrong. California SB 478 and the FTC junk-fee rule require the advertised price to include mandatory fees. We apply the same buyer-protection rules on every order.
